Concours d'Elegance

We'll need to have volunteers to help Doug set up the Concours d'Elegance on Thursday afternoon, register bikes, get them into the right categories and parked in the right places, and count votes. There will be other tasks as well. We're asking for 7 volunteers for now, but this estimate may change.
